Formal wedding or party The dress has two layers with netting to make the skirt stand out so pretty.  It's decorated with pink and crystal ab stones with hand made rolled roses  as accent. Rope type halter strap with tiny pink stones inside each pearl.  Comes with a matching hair piece  Size is child's 4-5-6 slim  chest..... 24-25 waist... 23-24 top of shoulder to waist. 11-12 skirt length 28" total length of dress from top of shoulder to hem ... 38-40I fell in love with this new fabric when it came in.
