It was made by Brandy Williams ( tag where she made it is on the inside of the bodice). It can be a 4-6T. This dress is very adjustable. We have it sat as far out as it can go. This dress has been very gentle worn and has won my DD many titles. The dress is green, blue, and white and covered in stones. It has lily's on the bodice, bustle, and hair bow. It also has butterfly's on the bodice, too. One is missing on the side. It can not be seen from stage. I believe I have it in the box. If so I will send it.  ALL SELLS ARE FINAL.
